About Us

Karthik Yoga Shala was started in October 2016 on the day of Vijayadashami. It is place for people who love yoga, it believes in to practice yoga and lead healthy life, feel healthy and stay healthy. The name Karthik is name of the lord Karthikeyan son of Shiva. This Shala is dedication of love towards the divine father Karthikeyan.The aim is to promote better living through the Wisdom of Ancient Spiritual knowledge and practices.

Founder

Kavitha Tarun founded Kathik Yoga Shala in 2016 after the completion of 200 RYT at a1000 Yoga Academy. She is blessed to find the right school to start her Yoga journey with the Principal Teacher and the founder Pradeep Sattwamaya and other teachers at a 1000 yoga academy . This inspired her to start the journey of yoga and take yoga has profession.She quit her IT job to continue teaching yoga.then she pursued further,she is an RYT 500 teacher.
She is currently pursuing masters in Yoga .She believes in endless learning of yoga. Yoga is sadhana which has no end and to teach the best to her students who can get the benefit of yoga to lead a healthy life. Every Human has the rights to lead a healthy life and the way to healthy life is yoga.
