She has completed her 200 RYT Training in a1000 Yoga Academy. She has also completed therapeutic yoga certification in Bodhi Yoga Academy.She worked as Studio Manager in a1000 Yoga Academy. Later worked in CULT Fitness has a Yoga Trainer. She is with Karthik Yoga Shala from 2016.

She has BA and MA degree in dance. She completed her 200 RYT and 300 RYT in a1000 Yoga Academy. She worked as Dance and Yoga Teacher in various schools like St Peter’s RNS International School and Global International School. She worked as Yoga Teacher in Delhi Public School South. She is with Karthik Yoga Shala from 2016.
